Mr. Ishan Jayant Tewari is the Founder and Advisory Board Member of Trident Edge, bringing over 11 years of extensive experience in Investment Banking, Law, and Strategic Advisory. A distinguished Lawyer and Entrepreneur based in New Delhi, he combines legal acumen with deep financial insight to guide businesses through complex financial, legal, and strategic landscapes.
Mr. Tewari holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Amity Law School and has built a versatile career spanning Investment Banking, Corporate Advisory, and International Business Strategy. His professional expertise covers capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, and cross-border investment structuring.
Passionate about Global and Strategic Affairs as well as International Relations, he brings a forward-looking and globally informed perspective to his work. Over the past decade, he has collaborated with leading institutions, investors, and enterprises, helping them navigate financial and regulatory frameworks while identifying strategic opportunities for growth and expansion.

Mr. Shailendra Tewari
Mr. Shailendra brings over 30 years of leadership, entrepreneurial, and operational excellence across diverse industries to the Advisory Board of Trident Edge. His extensive career reflects deep expertise in business management, financial strategy, and cross-border partnerships.
Mr. Shailendra began his professional journey in the pharmaceuticals industry in the early 1980s. His entrepreneurial drive led him to co-found a pharmaceutical formulations company in 1983, which he successfully managed and scaled over nearly two decades before exiting in 2000.
In the years following, he has served as a strategic advisor to several domestic and international corporations across sectors such as Healthcare, Power, Minerals, Metals & Mining, Oil & Gas, Financial Services, and Chemicals. His advisory experience encompasses corporate financing, strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and international business collaborations.
An alumnus of Sherwood College, Nainital, Mr. Shailendra holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry and an MBA from Lucknow University. His academic background, combined with decades of practical experience, equips him with a strong analytical foundation and a strategic mindset.
